Availability by phone

Due to the corona crisis we unfortunately had to limit our availability by phone. However, you can still book a taxi at all times. Currently, the following conditions apply:

 

From Monday to Friday you reach our agents regularly from 6:00 am till 1:00 am. In the night from 1:00 am till 6:00 am you are being forwarded directly to a driver on duty. On weekends the dispatch center is fully staffed on Friday and Saturday, even in the night. Furthermore, on public holidays additional shifts are being ensured.

 

Regardless of the availability by phone you can still book a taxi via web portal or app round the clock. There are always cabs available.
