Scheduled rides

As an alternative to booking a cab on the fly you may order a ride for a specific time. Basically there is no time-limit, as we have taxis on duty round the clock. However, under certain conditions availability can't be guaranteed. Thus, please take note of the following restrictions:

 

• Booking of large-capacity taxis in advance is normally not possible due to low availability, except for agreements that involve sending two normal cabs as an alternative.
• Scheduled rides during rush hour are limited to our fleet's capacity.
• Advance orders on New Year's Eve can't be accepted from midnight until 4:00 am.
• Unpredictable changes regarding traffic and weather may possibly lead to late arrivals.

Standing orders

If you regularly need rides for a specific time, our agents will be glad to help. We plan your regular transports to doctors and medical facilities or drive your children to school. Inform us about the appointed date and time and we will take care of dispatching the cab on schedule. Additionally, you can book a specific taxi company or driver.
