Customer Portal

If you book taxis for your customers and employees frequently, we would like to introduce you to our customer portal. This portal is suitable especially für regular customers like companies, hotels & restaurants and has several advantages compared to the booking via app:

 

• Logbook for completed orders and rides
• Calculation of estimated travel costs
• Creation of address favourites
• Usage of different passengers and phone numbers
• Special company area with cost centres and employees
• Optional business account

 

The customer portal requires a registration, afterwards you can order cabs and create reservations directly from the portal.

 

Please note that using Taxi.eu with our dispatching centre is only possible in the mandatory driving area of Wolfsburg. Out of town you are offered taxi companies and centres of the corresponding region.
